These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to Opportunity Platform at oppactivation.com. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Opportunity Platform connects learners with verified opportunities (courses, scholarships, jobs, grants) and enables mobilisers and institutions to manage referrals, applications, and outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information. Mobilisers and institution users must comply with partner institution policies and applicable law.

3. Applications and listings

• Submitting an application or expression of interest does not guarantee admission or employment.
• Institutions are responsible for accuracy of their published listings.
• We may moderate, reject, or remove listings that violate policy or law.

4. Mobiliser programme

• Commissions are paid only for verified outcomes per published commission rules.
• Fraudulent referrals, fake leads, or misrepresentation may result in forfeiture and account termination.
• Payout timing depends on institution confirmation and payment partner settlement.

5. Payments

Payments processed via M-Pesa or Kopo Kopo are subject to those providers' terms. Platform fees and revenue share rules are disclosed to institutions in portal settings.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, attack, spam, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.

7. Intellectual property

Platform branding, software, and content are owned by Opportunity Platform or licensors. Institution content remains the property of respective institutions.

8. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Kenya.
